I tried to switch from fido to public mobile, but I am not sure how to do the process, now both sim are working actually but my public mobile is showing a new number, but when I switch to fido e sim my old number is still working what is actually happening here

@VishnuVS Did you not receive a text to authorize the number transfer on your fido sim? You must reply Yes within 90 mins to transfer your number. Did you use your Fido's account number during porting in request?
