Changing plan-lose loyalty reward, etc?

Hi,

I was going to change my plan.  Will I lose my loyalty rewards, reward for auto pay, etc?

If you choose change plan now/immediately your $$ rewards will not apply until next renewal. If you schedule a change plan on next renewal your $$ rewards will apply as per usual. You will not be changed to the points program despite the messaging contained on the plan descriptions. Only you can agree to join the points program in your rewards account after checking a box agreeing to change to the points program.

No, your rewards are tied to your account. 

If you have sign-up promo data you'll loose that because it's tied to the plan.

Do NOT be tempted to switch the new points system. It's a one-way switch and you can't get the $ rewards back.
