take the sim outta XR and put it in 16...voila !!
download the PM app on the 16 and log in to your account , buy a new esim.

My iPhone XR is the one that has the phone plan with Public Mobile. I wanna transfer my plan from my iPhone XR to my iPhone 16. However it says that my iPhone XR is to old to do so.

Need a little more info. Using a sim card or esim? What do you mean it won't let you transfer. Are you getting an error message
