I’ve changed my email address today and it’s not the same one I signed up with , is it possible to change it without closing my PM account and opening another one?

You can easily find who was first to advise you of steps to be taken to change your email.
If you click on that little thumb up button (bottom left part of the message) person who helped you will benefit.
It is very nice of you to come back and report your issue has been resolved and give kudos to helper. Not many people do that... as soon as issue is solved, never hear from them until next issue...

so.. you Self serve email matches the Community login email? they have to be the same for Community Rewards to apply on your Account.
