I am currently on the 30$ plan for 20gb 4G and would like to switch to the 29$ plan for 20gb 5G, but I do not see that option on my account. Is it possible to switch it?

Yeah their inbox is empty and the message is In other sent. They just replied to each of thiers but seeing as we are 3 hours to midnight I'm not sure they will see It in time.

Agents aren't really responding. My parents both tried messaging them on Sunday and they haven't responded yet.

Generally, PM only allows plan changes to one of equal or greater cost, but you could try your luck with an agent. Not much chance, though.

If you don't see the plan offer in your account, it will not be easy to switch to the $29 plan.
Public mobile does not make it easy to downgrade plans for existing customers these days. Personalized plan offers for existing customers and the offered plans are usually more expensive than their present plans.
Customer service agents are unlikely going to help manually downgrade your $30 plan to $29 plan, but you could try to ask.
