I currently have the Can-US calling plan with 10.5gb of 3g data. I also have a number of add-ons including up to 8gb of data, international calling, US calling etc 

Question, I understand I will loose my US calling when I switch to the $65 50gb+unlmtd but will all of my add-on still be available when I switch over plans and will I continue to receive my rewards discounts each month?

I would expect that once you have used your bucket of 5g data it would kick in the add-on data before throttling down. Something @CS_Agent might be able to answer.

@MBond   are you trying to change to 5G plan or other 4G plans?  Again, if you are changing to 4G plans, you won't see that Incompatible Add-ons

If changing to 5G plan, I believe the reason it is incompatible is that supposingly all 5G plans are "unlimitted throttled data" after the regular data are used us, so the "unlimited" part could be why they don't want the other add-ons to kick in.  But yes, you can message support to see if they have any plan to "fix" that incompatible add-ons issue

I am sure I read somewhere that the add-ons will be provisioned to current data subscription. So may want to talk to support about it.

My add-ons remained except that the existing data add-ons are listed as incompatible with the 5G unlimited plan.  They remain on the account though and are usable if one changes back to a compatible plan.  The international calling add-on from Christmas is still usable.

@MBond   Yes, those addons will stay on your account after plan change.  No worry

Just an FYI,   Canada data add-on purchased AFTER May 8 , 2023 will have a 30 days expiry.
