Hello my name is Mark. Hope some one has figured this out. I changed plans today and now I am not receiving incoming call and the automated message is “ this phone is not set up to receive income info calls 5UV1”.
any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks. I was afraid I’d have to contact support. I’ve never had an issue before so not sure how to contact them. Can you direct me to how to send for help. Thanks so much

iphone to iphone is not using standard SMS. It's actually old timey instant messaging (not texting) that needs the internet. Can you do so if you turn on cellular data and turn off wifi?
At the end of the day, you will need to contact support to straighten this out.

That’s for the advice. Tried it but still not working. I have noticed I can not send SMS text but still able to text iPone to iPhone

Thanks. I have completed those task and still nothing. Thought it might be in do not disturb mode but negative.

Yes that is what the caller hears. I have no idea anyone is calling. Thanks for helping

Reboot your phone.
Confirm account is active and new plan is in effect.

Log in to your account to make sure it's Active.
Try restarting phone.
Try Airplane mode ON ...then OFF.
