After changing to 4G plan, my data speed become very slow

Currently I have several serious issues with my account, after I "UPGRADE" to 4G plan:

  • Data speed is super slow, less than 2 MB/s sometimes even less than 1 MB/s
  • I switch to "$55 - 20GB data at 4G speed" ... but every time I log into the account it shows a different surprise!
    • "$10 - 20GB data at 4G speed" or
    • "$55 - 20GB data at 4G speed" or
    • "$15 - 250 MB data at 3G speed"... Currently shows!
      but I do pay $55 and didn't get any reward this time!
  • "Data Usage" is always incorrect.

Upgrading to this promotion 4G plan, makes my life harder 😑 I get 2G service now.

I did send a ticket Ticket ID:259905-515; the agent asked me to reset the network, but nothing changed.

 

Please help me get my 4G speed thanks.

@markwu ok then you will need a cs agent to help fix your issue you did the right thing putting in a ticket  keep on them until it's resolved

@markwu hi it takes up to 48 hours before you see an increase in speed ,you should try a differrent browser in secret or ingognito mode sign back in to see if your account clears up
