Changed my plan before renewal

Hi, 

Basically what's happened is my plan was up for renewal Sept 4th but I decided to change my plan to one with more data and when I changed it I clicked the option that would do it before for the renewal date- Sept 1st

I was charged the new plan price but When I go look at my current plan it still shows my old one and I currently have no more data to use. Please help.

don't worry, it is the system there is a new design, for change plan then charge new plan cost and not showing right away,and for plan has changed but the system will be changed soon. it could take up to 48 hours until you experience full 4G speed,

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode,To Login Page recheck it.

Click the little spinner refresh icon lower down to see if the plan updates itself.

Did you try your data? Or you're just saying that it currently looks like you don't. Maybe try restarting the phone. Did the data work before your plan change?
