So I got a texted saying I'm at my data limit and it's been cut off but when I log in, it says I have tons remaining. I'm mid way through my billing cycle and never come close to going over so it would be unusual that I have. Is there anything I can do? Thanks!

Thank you! The incognito thing worked. Turns out I was maxed out! Must have had my wifi off or something. Thanks everyone for your responses!

@chrisz It could be that you reading off the cached version of the page and the info you got was not updated. Use Incognito mode or other browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) to try logging into My Account to check again.
If it really showed you used up all the data, you might want to check on your phone to see if any apps was downloading lots that you were not aware of. If you are on Android, there is a Mobile Data usage screen you can check. You just need to change the cycle start date of the page to match your current PM's cycle start date

Check your data status at your account first.
Check usage; maybe you are really out of data.

If you login to your account, it will give you the up to date usage.
It could be the data counter on your phone that gave you the notice but PM is on a 30 days cycle not monthly cycle.
Just disable the data counter in your settings.

First...log in using incognito mode. That should show your current data acct info.
Turn OFF data to apps that you don't normally use.
