The title says it all. My billing cycle falls on the 20th. The subscription I changed to is an identical plan but instead of 60GB of Data youre provided with 75GB of Data.
It's the 5G Canada-USA-Mexico + long distance to select countries plan which was advertised as $35.00 + tax which is what I was paying originally with the 60GB plan, so I thought sure if it's the exact same promotional price for 15 more GB why not? I set it to switch plans on my next billing cycle which was yesterday. I was on a US call this morning and after 30 minutes I was disconnected. Now I can't make any calls despite my service bars displaying. When I try to make even local calls it says it's calling, but there's no ringing. It will eventually give me the busy line message and tone. I have restarted my phone twice.
This is annoying. Money was taken from my account already. I put in a ticket.
I couldn't help but notice that my next billing cycle says June 19th and states $39.55????

Is your account status active? Does it show the new plan?
Might want to try a network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

Hi. So near the end of April I saw the new Subscription promotion. And set the plan to change on renewal for May 20th and went out of my way to put my on the account in advance, technically I paid ahead of time and had an invoice created. The statement said I owed $0.00 when all was said and done. As I look at my account it states I am now on the new 75GB plan. Yet I have zero service. Meanwhile my service bars show up.
What's also strange is that it says my next billing cycle for June 19th I will be charged $39.55 which is what I am supposed to pay AFTER taxes not before. Nobody has responded to my ticket yet.

@Koal_7 How long ago did you set the plan to change on renewal? You mention the next billing cycle says June 19th - remember Public Mobile cycle is 30 days, not a month, so the date will change every time a month is not 30 days.
