I want to change to $24 plan with 4 GB data. I am current PM customer. I am not asking for free 30 days. Need someone who can help.

@hairbag1 Yup my thought to . If you just activated in the last 30days maybe had some leeway . But for those in old rewards answer certainly going to be no . So I just created new account and bite the bullet today

I read those posts on RFD's as well. I did request the Customer Support change me to that plan..they said nope as I'm not a new account. I'm not sure if all posters on RFD are all that .....reliable, shall we say. To the best of our collective knowledge, that plan will only be eligible to new accounts...not existing. That might change later...but for now...them's the rules.

Why some RFD customers were given the plan. Otherwise none should have been allowed.

Once you get a new account, you'll get a new number and CANNOT move the existing PM service phone number to the new account.
Nice thought otherwise...

Apply for a new number and new email. After approval, transfer everything over and cancelled the old

@Jaxon3455 , we would help you get that plan if we were able to but like you we are all Customers here that post on here & reply back! Sorry 😔 Some of us would like to switch to that plan also but we can’t!

@Jaxon3455 Sorry the 4GB $24 plan is for new activations only , not existing customers loyalty is not a thing anymore unfortunately. Need to go to who will treat you the best

I see on RFD some guys have received the same plan. My subscription will end tomorrow, so I may switch to Lucky Mobile if this is the case. I plan to stay with PM , and I am not asking extra 30 days like new subscribers. Hopefully , you will help.

@Jaxon3455 , unfortunately the only way to currently get that plan is to sign up with a new account, using a different email address, new SIM Card & a new phone number! 😔

I’m sorry that plan is only able for new customers. There’s nothing existing customers can do to get it.
