I have been lock out from my SIM card and required a "PUK Code". Please help

depends on the ticket volume, but they usually reply within an hour or two. But since it is close to 10PM, they likley won't reply till tomorrow morning. If you don't receive anything by noon, send them another message
And remember, check your community inbox for their reply

Im using an iPhone.
Message: "Enter PUK. Your SIM canot be accessed. Please call your carrier to obtain your PUK code. 10 attempts remaining".
I have submitted a ticket.

you sure you are looking for a sim card PUK ?
what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places
If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.
