I'm on a 4G plan with 6G and I want to change the plan to a 4G with 10G. When I attempt to do that and choose the option "Change upon renewal", I get "Change Failed: please try again later or use a different payment method." Is there something wrong with the system or my account?

@Yota , delete the app data and try it again.

@Yota Looks like your trying on the app ? Try using the website instead see if that helps at all
