I am currently on a 50gb plan and would like to change to a 6gb plan. When signed in to my account the 6gb plan is not listed as an option to change to that plan.
is there a way to change from my current 50gb plan to the 6gb plan? If so, how do I do that?

Sadly Public Mobile doesn't really allow current customers to drop down to lower price point plans. A truly unethical stance. So with that being said, you just have to play the game. If you REALLY wish to stay with Public Mobile and get that 6GB plan, you'd have to port out to another service provider and then port back in to Public Mobile. You'd need a new SIM card though as the other would be nixed. If you have any referrals, you'd lose them all. If you have any Christmas bonuses from years past, you'd lose them too. This is the only way.

if you don't see it on your account, then you can change
6GB is a $23 plan, with your current 50GB plan, I think you have a $35 or more plan, I doubt you can change to it.

@HMike Sorry we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts . And it’s tuff to downgrade plan price but super easy to upgrade plan price . So if you don’t have friend refferals you could port number out and back in on the desired plan with new sim and email

PM is using a targeted marketing approach now and only give you selected plans you can change to. If you don't see the 6GB there, then you can't. It is true that it is harder to lower your plan
but ask support, they might be able to help
