Hi everyone,
I’m transferring my number from my old phone but submitted incorrect IMEI info, which I think is preventing the transferring of my number to complete.
Is there a way for me to re-submit those details?
Thank you!

@Elvira_Maria You should have just given old providers account number not the IMEI . No worries will send you the porting team number to get fixed and just give them the old account number and. Not the IMEI , leaving old providers sim on phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port number

I will message you the details for a porting department that you can call. You’ll have to provide them the account number for your old provider, the imei info often causes issues and doesn’t work.
You can check your messages here:

Remember to keep your old provider account active, leave the old SIM card in your phone in order to reply yes to a text authorizing the port. Once you lose signal on your old SIM card that is your sign to put in your PM sim or enable your eSIM and then reboot your device.
