There's no actual number for customer service. It's all here in tickets and private messaging.
Did you sign up in a store? Or yourself online? Can you look back in all your emails to find the welcome email from here when you signed up? The email address is your login id.

HI @Biggodlywickie You forgot how to login to My Account? You can try to self-reset it using Forgot Password. If cannot reset it that way, please open ticket with PM CS Agent:
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- First type: "Forgot log in information"
- Then Click "Contact Us"
- Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

I don’t remember my account information I made this account a long time ago and I’ve just been paying the prepaid plan but I need to change the plan. Is it possible with just know the number? And is there an actual number for customer service?

Keep in mind if you got the free 2gb data for 12 or 6 month promo with the $25+ plan.
When you switch to the $15 plan, you will loss the 2gb bonus data.

Log in to your account / Change Plan..then make selection. Further down is Change Plan Now or Change on next renewal date.
If you select Change plan now...you'll pay right away and new plan takes effect right away. You new plan will renew in 30 days.
If you Change on next renewal...your current plan will continue until next scheduled renewal date. You don't pay for new plan until that date.

On main page click Change Plan then pick Plan you like.
