Hi the password I Have for my account isn’t working and I have a double problem because awhile back my hotmail account locked me out. I can send but not receive emails. So in order to get a password reset I would need to get an email from that hotmail. Ugh. Not sure what to do.

This is not correct.
There is no bubble in the lower right corner of the screen.

CS_Agent can help you to change your password and to your new email address.
Try contacting by SIMon Chatbot and type create a ticket or private message them on this Community page.

@chmkashmir you can ask PM support to reset the password for you, or even change the username (email address) if you want to . To open ticket with PM Support:
