Hi,
My original plan expired two weeks ago when I’m out of country. When I wanted to change my plan to reflect my new need, there is no button in the UI for me to change my plan NOW even when there is sufficient balance in my account.
I read some articles and found it needs @CS_Agent to help. Is that true?
Any comment will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, you will need to private message a moderator. If you keep the same plan, you can renew right away. If you want a change of plans, moderator help is required. Wait times are 1-2 days.
