I'm a new customer and looking at 2 phone options but neither are listed on your phone checker or say not compatible. Both phones are listed as being 3G. Can you confirm if either of these 2 phones will work on your network please?
OUKITEL C12 Smartphone
Motorola Moto C 3G H+ Unlocked XT1750

The other Oukitel C12 phone will not work with Public mobile:

You might want to go with the Motorola choice.

@jbondarIf you are going to use the phone primarily for calls and texts go with the Moto. I woud not recommend Chinese phones running Android 8.1. They have issues with adding APN entries.

@jbondar- if the compatibility check says not compatible, probably isn't. You can also check willMyPhoneWork.net

The Motorola should work based on the specs.
Dual SIM GSM 3G UTMS: 850/900/1900/2100
Minimum recommended phone specs:
Currently VoLTE is not available and voice calls are only on 3G. SMS and data can work on 3G or LTE. Fastest data speeds are on LTE.
For LTE, these are all of the available bands on the network: 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 29, 30. Some bands are available in some locations, others available elsewhere. B66 will be coming next.
Any phone you are considering should have B4, B5, B12 (or B17 instead of B12) for minimum coverage.
B2, B7 (and B66 shortly) will give you faster speeds. The rest are not really necessary.
