Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:
Then, click Change Plan:
Then select desired Plan:
Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

If you need data right away and you still have quite awhile to go on current plan, it may be the one instance that change immediately would be best bet

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Then, when you are logged in, go to the Change Plan option.
I would recommend to check the Change on Next Renewal Date rather then Change Now.
If you do choose Change Now, note that you do not get any funds prorated back to you on the cycle you are already in.
