My email address got deleted and I have to put in a new one to my account. I had to create a new account to be able to access the community to try and get help

You will need to contact customer service agent to change email address for login to My account.
Submit a ticket for CSA help.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/chatbot.
Type: I can't login.
Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).

@1newfie For now, you can still use the old "email address" as the user id to login to My Account But you will need to send the 2FA to your phone instead of email
And of course, you want to change your email address used for My Account, in that, you will need to open ticket with PM CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
