How do I change the email address that is associated with my account?

Your self-serve email address must be changed with the customer support agents.
Your community email address can be changed by clicking on your avatar and going down to my profile.
It is useful to have these two email addresses match for customer support functionality, and to ensure any community rewards for participation are credited to a service account.

Contact a CS Agent using one of the options below. Second option is easiest, but takes longer for a reply from the agent.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging or create a ticket by SIMon Chabot on this Community page.
Have your security answer ready.
They are available until 10:00 pm EST.

That can only be done by a CSA. You can either direct message CS_Agent or open a ticket with them to get that done.
