Change email address

If you cannot login My Account, you would not be able to change that yourself.  You will have to submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to change that for you       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

can you still login with the old email address ?

if so, just go to Profile page, click Manage Eversafe ID and update the email address there

You can do this yourself through the self serve portal. Login to your account and then go to the profile tab, then click manage eversafe ID.
