Trying to activate a sim and eversafe will not load on a samsung galaxy s 9. it is in the black bar with white text and I cannot click on it.
please help, as i can't move beyond anything, so I can;t active

@MattyMor10 to be honest, after the activation, you don't need the app anymore. You can access everything using My Account ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/ ) , except buying eSIM, on the browser on your phone or on a computer
But if you still want the app, make sure your phone is updated, uninstall the app and try reinstall once more. I have an S9 as well and it works without any problem

I did payment on computer, then loaded app on galaxy s9, it goes to the he black bar with white text and I cannot click on it, will not load. I put it in my fathers iphone go it all activated no problem.

@MattyMor10 are you just trying to load the app and not even started the activation process? Or you passed the payment step already and trying to use the app to continue the rest of the activation?? Just want to see which step are you at I. the subscription process

Trying hitting the “My Rewards” tab, wait for it to load, then hit the tab you need. The My Account tab for me doesn’t always load on the first try.

Try to uninstall app first,reboot and reinstall and try again. Worst case, try it on another device, maybe from a friend's phone

@MattyMor10 Are you using the app to activate , not website ? All activations need the app if using the app and still no luck please submit ticket with support
