When I signed up for PM I used an email address provided by my ISP. I have since then switched ISPs and no longer have access to that email. There does not appear to be a way to change my email address in my account. Looking for some help. I created this "community" account with my new email since I don't have access to the old one anymore.
Thanks.

Your account will have all your personal information and your CC information so it will need a CS_Agent as added security from SIM swapping.
As for the Community forum, anyone can sign up and no personal information is listed.

It does not give me an option to click change self-serve email, only community email.
Why on earth do they not let you easily change your email address this is ridiculous.
Edit - Got a ticket submitted. Thanks

@kdclark1 Contact a customer support agent, they will help you do it.
1. Open a ticket through the automated ticketing system (faster response time) by clicking the chat bubble located at the bottom right of this page or ---------->Click Me<---------- ;
2. Contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);
---------->Click here<----------
In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.

@kdclark1 Yes, there is no way to change email address used on Self-Serve My Account yourself. You will have to open a ticket with PM Support and have them to help out on this request
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
