Hi Anyone is facing this problem I have my cellular data turn off and my public app data turn off I haven’t use any of my public data at all majority of the time I use home wifi and now I received a message saying that I use up to 75% data on my iPhone? This make no sense is can anybody help me with this issue?

PM does not update the data usage constantly. In fact, it only update it twice a day.
So, any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry. The early morning usage you see on the Usage log does not mean it was used in the morning but a total usage for the last 12 or 24 hours.
Also, for correct usage reading, always use Incognito mode to login My Account to avoid reading cached old info

those lines after 12 midnight are just the cumulative data use of the previous day. PM only show data as a total on the Usage history page like this.

All my data is turn off and at 12am some of data is been used showing on the image I use only home wifi?

This could be a text message sent by Public Mobile in error. Log into your self serve account to see how much data is remaining.
