I just switched to PM from rogers.
I have a S23. I've reset the networks and I've restarted my phone. As soon as I turn off my wifi I have no connection to the internet. My data is turn on in my settings.
What am I missing?

I tried for the second time now to reset the network and restart my phone. The problem is solved now! Thanks for your suggestion!

My service to rogers is canceled.
I have an esim so I can't test it on another phone

Do you have service on the Rogers side? Do you have access to another phone to test the PUBLIC Mobile SIM card?

The old sim is removed, I have reset the networks and restarted my phone. It still doesn't work.

hi @Julie93
make sure your old sim card is removed, or if it is an esim ,disable it
then reboot the phone and try Reset Network settings and it should work then
