Hello,
I have a monthly plan (not a 30-day) with Public Mobile and I have noticed that my card gets charged earlier and earlier every month. It's supposed to be a monthly plan but it seems they are charging earlier every month:
Transaction date: Nov 18, Oct 19, Sep 19 Aug 20, Jul 21 etc.
I know some plans before were 30-day, but mine is monthly and has been for many years.

A month is not 30 days. This might seem trivial, but it is not.
This makes it hard for the consumer to predict payments, as it is never the same date.
It also makes it hard to track data usage on one's device, for the reason stated above.

we all know it is a 30 days cycle and not true monthly. Saying that, PM does not show it very clearly. But , if you expand the Terms and Conditions on plan page, it says 30 days

I agree that Public Mobile has never had monthly plans, but I do believe that Public Mobile has to take responsibility for advertising that constantly (and incorrectly) as plans being per month. I really don't see any reason for this not to have been corrected in the marketing material.

HI @Gregoire
but the terms said it clearly a "monthly" subscription period is 30 days. Yes, submit the ticket and ask, but I doubt it will go very far 🙂

I understand it states so in the T & C, but they shouldn't use "monthly" in their plan descriptions in the first place. I have submitted a ticket.

It clearly indicates that the plans are monthly and not 30-day

As far as I know, all plans are 30 days. If you have a monthly plan and it's now changed to the 30 days, message PM to inquire.
