Unable to access email associated with account and phone service disconnected due to missed payent

Like the title says, I missed a payment because my CC was charged earlier than expected. I can't access my account because I no longer have access to the email I used to create my public mobile account. 

I've tried making a new account and using the SIM number on new account but it won't let me.

Call your phone number.
When you hear your voicemail greeting, press the star key (*) to interrupt it.
Enter your voicemail password when prompted.
Follow the voice prompts to listen to your messages.

How do I access my voicemail from another number? I tried pressing star "*" but it says "1b1 the number you are trying to reach is not available, please try again later"

Hello.

Your sim card is locked to your other account. What you can do is try to log into your account again, this time click on didn't get the code and have it sent to your voicemail. Call it from another number and get your code. Then it will give you a chance to change password or email address.
