Hello I updated my payment method a week ago or so And the payments went through today but I got a call earlier saying that my account will be out of service tomorrow. I cant have that happen as a desperately need my phone. Please assist. Confirm payment is good and I will be able to use my phone tmw

I would be suspicious as Public Mobile doesn’t call anyone — everything is done online

This seems to be an issue with a lot of members. Call 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the status of your account.
But best to login to your account on the PM app or website and ensure that the Subscribe (AutoPay) button is enabled and estimated upcoming payment on your next renewal date.
