Public Mobile will not call you, nor can customer service assist with making a payment. Also, please do not post your account information here as the messages here can be seen by anyone.
Credit card lockouts after multiple attempts have been made last about 24 hours. Public Mobile payment vouchers can be purchased online from websites such as muskbird.com or recharge.com (although there is an additional service fee for purchasing these online). Some stores such as Shoppers Drug Mart sell these Public Mobile vouchers in store.
