Cant use data

I just switched to public mobile using esim, and cant use any data. Im having the 50gig plan

With data problem while voice works , it is a problem related with APN, what phone you have?

did you try Reset Network Settings?

Hi Peterhddh,

There is a possibility you have your SIM manager set to be using voice calls from your public SIM and cellular data from another SIM (even an old inactive one still in your phone). I would review your settings for SIM management, as well as Access Point Names (APN) settings matching Public.

Cellular is on, im able to make and receive calls

you have data enabled in settings...right ? Try rebooting the cell. Try reset all networks.
