Hi, I just switched over to Public Mobile from chatr and I ported my number over. When I make calls from my phone, it goes through. But when other people call or text me I don't receive the notification on my phone. Its been about 4 days since I ported the number and I still can't receive calls/txts. I use an iPhone 6S and my data works. Has anyone had similar issues and know how to solve this issue?

This almost always means that your number was never ported over.
Check to see if your Chatr service is still working. If it is, continue using it until the phone number transfer is complete. I would do yourself a favor and contact Chatr customer service to request your Chatr account number. That's the only way to get it as they don't provide it unless you ask for it. Also, was your Chatr service still running when you requested the number port? If it wasn't, you'll frist need to get your Chtar line reactivated.
