Cant place a call

Good morning. I have since 12:00 am that I am trying to make some phone calls n is impossible.  Soonest I dial the numbers  ,any number the call is dropping right a way. It doesn't even go threw. I have try to shut n restart, remove sim card n restart, top up my account with 2 extra dollars, Airplane mode  and still nothing. Can someone  help me ?

What type of plan do you have ? Do you have limited or unlimited minutes.  Try rebooting your phone  If that does not work then try a network reset.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.

@Unique749 you can try resetting your network settings. what type of phone is it?

@Unique749   Log in. Go to plans and add ons. Then click on lost/stolen and confirm. Then follow the rest of my instructions.

Hi. I am on the $30 plan no Data. I can text, I have wifi but cant place a call. No I haven't try the lost n found cos I dont know  how to do it.

 Are you on the $15 plan? Can you send/recieve texts? Do you have data?

You've tried most of the troubleshooting techniques but we have been able to use the lost/stolen feature risk free again. Log in. Report phone lost. Log out. Wait 5 min. Log in. Report found. Log out. Reboot phone. Working?

I can't even call *611
