I have two accounts. The new cycle was due yestersay but yesterday and today it doesnt allow me to pay for them. I go to reactivate plan and it says current plan 0$. Also says plan expired but i cant get a new plan. The site has a lot of errors on pages.

Hi sorry to hear that happened with with few times I usually do it on laptop or any other phone with the same card but unfortunately you will have to choose the plan one more time

Hi, Sorry you are having trouble.
Try clearing the cache, usong a different browser/computer or an incognito window.
