My account is already fully setup but when i login it takes me to the account setup page as if im a new customer. The step where you choose a plan, number, and sim card all of which i already have. Cant get into my accout to manage it.

But where do i type and send the message? When i go to the link provided, i just takes me to a page that has a search bar and has non-clickable text that says "private messages"

That's not correct. While it's true that the message can't be sent before typing in a subject, members do not need to do that before being able to type the message body. Please do not guess as providing accurate information is important and providing incorrect information will only frustrate customers.

You need to enter the message subject then your message in the message body.

How do i send a message. On that page there is no place to write a message.

Ok this problem only started a few weeks ago. Before that i logged in on both phone and laptop with on problem.

if using laptop..try logging in using incognito mode.
