Cant login to update Credit card

Hi 
I cant login I keep getting an error " Email or password is incorrect. Please try again, or reset password."

I have tried using incognito, and different browser. No luck

 

I have reset my password by mobile method, it didnt make any difference.

I got an auth code but nothing happened

 

I did the same by email and havent received the reset code in over a half hour.

 

How do I get  tech to help?

@daveh123   you really have to open ticket with PM support to get it sort out

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 

    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

 

 

Curious, do you hvae a Telus My Account as well?

I have tried off and on all day to get into my account to update my credit card information. Username or password incorrect. Changed the password and got an acknowledgement, although verification  sent to my email address was not received.- only works if sending by text to my phone. Tried another browser, cleared the cache and tried incognito, turned off VPN. Noting works and no way to get in touch with them. Any ideas??

Well I have t say sorry, my fault, I had the wrong login information.

Tried it on my laptop still get the same error.
Are there any techs on here?
I also tried from my phone, same issues.

Clear the cache and cookie on your browser along with going incognito.

If you tried too many times, you will be locked out. Try login in 1/2 an hour.
