Im trying to update my credit card keeps on telling me my credit card is invalid. Its not and I’ve tried multiple ones and same issue. The new update is still interfering with payment and not able to update. Anyone having similar issues? Anywhere i could go to get help?

This time I did but had to pay 15.00 more online and not happy about that. Will have to decide what to do if it can not be rectified.

It's a pain that my credit card is being refused not only in my account but my daughters as well. I've talked with my bank and tried using another few cards. Sounds like a reoccurring issue with many people here in the community. Such an inconvenience. I've reached out to customer support and hope to have a resolution if not I may have to look into other providers.

That's not always the case. Many stores charge a flat rate fee that gets added to the voucher amount. It's usually $1 or $2 and often labeled as being some type of convenience fee.

I did pay for an online voucher which cost me 15.00 more than my subscription. The credit card I'm trying to use is existing and has been used before. It is frustrating! I don't understand why it wont work its been over 36 hours since its happened.

it will correct itself after some wait, a day or couple days
why not pay by voucher first and the come back and update it in 2 weeks?
but some common thing people missed, make sure the new card was used once in retail store before trying to add online. And some cards still need call to activate , have you done that?

Ive done all the suggestions and ive even cleared my history. Ugh am i going to have to go with another provider?

Sometimes I have the same issue helping others. Here is what I did to rectify the situation.
First, download the app. Then sign in. Try doing the credit card update there. This by far is the best route to take.
IF you are using using the app and using an Android, go into your app settings, find the PM app and first clear the cache. Then clear the data. Then reboot the phone. Log back in and try again. This should resolve it.
IF you're using an iPhone, delete the app, reboot, then download it again and try again to change the credit card.
If you're using the PC, go into your browser settings, enter without the quotes, "Cache" and clear it. The close out the entire browser, reopen it and then go into incognito mode and log back in. This too can resolve it in my experience.

PM payment system and updating credit card is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

try again using browser with Incognito mode. If still unable to update it, wait 24 hours and try again
