I cant activate my account because it is telling me that my email address is not valid. It is the email address I registered with. When I login to my account with my email and password it sends me a code to the email address. I enter this code and it takes me to activate account. Then prompts me to enter my email and password again, but tells me my email address is invalid. I am going in circles here.....Therefore I am unable to activate my account. Does anyone PLEASE have an answer to this issue. I have received my sim card and have paid for my first month.

@Michelle771 Support should reply with in the hour and ask some verification questions before they are able to help you . Hope you get a quick reply and speedy resolve
