My iphone 12 bit the dust. motherboard is shot. It has a public mobile esim installed. I can't access my email because it wants to verify me via text and I can't access my Public mobile because it wants to verify me through my email It's a continious loop with no possible solution. Long story short I cant access my email, text or calls any more.
I bought a new phone and public mobile pysical sim. Not I am trying to transfer my old number to the new account and it says the number is not a valid Canadian number. I have been using that Canadian (Alberta) number for 10 years. How do I transfer my old number to the new account and new physical SIM?

unforuately, bcause of the design of the system, yes, you need this new temp account just to message support agent

@cpetitclerc69 It happens they usually reply with in 1-2 hours sometimes longer

OK, I had to create this new account just to message Public Mobile.

Download the PM app on your new phone then to Account tab>Change Your SIM Card and enter the SIM card number to transfer your account to the new SIM.
