Cannot use service in US

I paid for the 50GB of data plus unlimited calling and texting for Canada AND US. I am currently in the US and I cannot use any of the services I paid for.

and fyi, people can still buy roaming add-on using browser on app on Wifi when they are in US

Have you bought a US roaming add on? You can do all that stuff while you're in Canada, but not when you cross the border

hi @JONMILLS it lets you use 5G, but we found out it is harder to connect 5G in AT&T, easier on T-Mobile 

So start with 4G first to get connected and try 5G after

I have used in Orlando multiple times. I make sure roaming is on and I switch to LTE data instead of 5G Auto. (On an iPhone this is under Cellular > Primary > Voice & Data

Check if roaming is turned on. If it still doesn't work change to 4G. If it still doesn't work change to 2G.
