I paid for the 50GB of data plus unlimited calling and texting for Canada AND US. I am currently in the US and I cannot use any of the services I paid for.
It has been over a day since I transferred to public mobile, and my number has not yet been ported. It is extremely inconvenient, I cannot submit a ticket as it shows an error every time I try to submit one.
