I have changed to $34 with 40g data at 5g , starting from Dec 13 2023 (black Friday deal). However, it does not show up and how could I check?

I cannot find that plan on my renew date. And I cannot use my phone after paid it. Could you fixed it?

Follow bup issue. the plan shown in my account and my renew date is today. I have paid $39 for the 40 G 5 G data , however, the plan is dispeared from my account again. Now public mobile said there is no subscription for my phone and my account is blocked. Could you help a.s.a.p? I have paid .

You can check your upcoming plan in the payments tab in the public mobile app. In the overview page, click the small + in the bottom right, and go in ‘Payments’. In that page it will show you the upcoming payment, plan and plan details.

if you go under your payments tab, you will see the upcoming payment and plan description for the plan you have selected

maybe browser cache problem. Try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account
Check the Upcoming subscription as well as click Change Subscription and go to the Change page, you should see it showing a plan change is scheduled
