Hi, I cannot login to the Public mobile app or the web My Account. When I use my email address and the password, it ask for 6 digit code, I provide the 6 digit code that I got in my SMS, then the website says, "Lets complete your activation" "Resume Activation". I've this number for few months already and pre pay was taken from my credit card on Dec 04. The phone line, calling, texts works ok. Please check and fix My Account.

Thanks for your reply, I just opened a customer service ticket. Lets see if they can fix it.
