Cannot reset account password or email

Hello, 

I’m having a lot of trouble reseting my evergreen password and/email. I tried everything and it just says “login failure”. At this point i just need to speak to someone because I recently updated my plan and now im being charged twice ( new plan price and old plan price simultaneously). How can i reach a human agent to reset my password and cancel my old plan ( and get my refund!!!). Please help, i dont know what to do.

I have noticed that on android phones (and possible iPhones), the Public Mobile app uses the default browser for support.  I think clearing the browser cache and app data would be needed.

@Didi12345 Have you tried resetting it using the app on your phone? If you haven't downloaded the PM app, give that a try. I find the website tends to have cache issues causing problems a lot.

@Didi12345  Yes after you submit the ticket by sending a message , they should reply back with in the hour . Just keep n eye on your community in box for their response  or use this direct link to it
