I recently got an updated credit card (same number but different expiry etc.) For over the past 30 minutes I've been unable to register my new card. I've asked the Simon bot helper but no real help there. I've tried calling local Public Mobile locations but no one answers or the number has been transferred to someone else.
I've screenshotted my banking address information and I'm typing it EXACTLY into the fields without any success.
Further, when I try to log a service ticket, my computer (or phone, doesn't matter which) won't let me access the site due to security reasons!
All I want to do is update my credit card. Which should be EASY. But it's impossible and I'm going nuts. Help me please.

Ok, I was able to log a ticket that way. I hope an actual human writes/calls me back.

Tried using Chrome and still can't register card and get the same error message when I try to replace old card info with new card info.

I'm having a similar problem registering a new card because I lost my old one. When I try to replace the old card info with the new card info, I get this message;
"Unable to Process Transaction
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information or address, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged, and your transaction will not be processed. Please ensure your billing address in your profile matches the records on file with your card issuer."
I just want to make sure hou get my new card so I can continue with direct debit.
