Step 1: email verificaiton passed
Step 2: security question passed
Step3: Got this message "We have sent you an email that will outline how you can change your login and password."
but, haven't receive any eMail from public mobile after many tries.

@lxd7777 check your spam folder. If it isn't there. Contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Sometimes the system is very slow and it sends you the email hours after it expired or not at all.
Click the question mark bottom right to open a ticket with moderators via the chat bot or send a private message to them at link below.

Have you checked spam folders or the webmail server itself and all folders there?
How long is your email address?

@lxd7777 check your junk/spam folder. if you're using Outlook check the others tab
