Step 1: email verificaiton passed Step 2: security question passed Step3: Got this message "We have sent you an email that will outline how you can change your login and password."  but, haven't receive any eMail from public mobile after many tries. 
Not activated when make a call but Account shows activated (xxxxxxxxx) Edit: Phone number redacted by will13am.  Please do not post personal information in the public forum.  
unable to make calls or receive calls for more than a week, it's weird: there're several calls in the call history list after the issue. but able to send/receive text message. is something wrong with the phone or there's something wrong with the plan...
