If you were a customer before with working services, try one or more of the below:

 

*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

 

Can you try your SIM into another compatible phone to see if the issue persists?

 

 

Also, check the Self Serve account under the "Change Sim Card" option to ensure the 4 digits listed there match the last four digits of your actual SIM card.

 

If they are different, than someone has been fraudulent on your account.

Check your financials and list your phone in lost/stolen status. Then let the CSA team know about this.

@Vbalmeo   did you just join PM?  and did you request Porting your old phone number?

 

this is normal before porting request is fully completed.

 

If you did request porting,  did you get a text from your old provider? and did you reply YES within 90 mins?
